Blues Dog Parade & Car & Truck Show
A fun and crowd favorite event where dressed up pups bring personality and smiles to the streets of downtown followed by classic and custom cars and trucks on display on Goliad.

TributeGuitarist Tommy Katona’s reviews overwhelmingly praise his authenticity and high energy style. Katona is considered the PREMIER Stevie Ray Vaughan tribute artist who embodies Vaughan’s looks, sound, and guitar skills.


Saturday – Lightnin’ Hopkins Park
Mustang Red - 3 pm
Old School BLUES with Rock and Roll undertones. Mustang Red is fronted by a Houston County brother-sister duo of Brent (guitar) and Emily (vocals). They bring great sounds and honestly, they are just fun to watch. Mustang Red OPENED the 2025 Houston Blues Challenge!
Misty Blues - 5:30 pm
Misty Blues delivers original music inspired by the great American Blues tradition. Gina’s story is as compelling as her voice; she brings decades of artistry, heart, and authenticity to the stage. Performing original blues with hints of jazz, funk, soul, and tent revival gospel, Gina Coleman says, “every bad situation is a blues song waiting to happen.” This is the essence of the blues ethos that has fueled the 111 or so songs she’s written with 15 albums in 25 years.


Sue Foley - "The Ice Queen" - 7:00 pm
“Sue Foley has a killer voice, an impossibly alluring blend of sex and innocence to go withthose blazing guitar chops,” Philadelphia Inquirer: Sue Foley is a Canadian-born, Austin-based blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter who has been performing professionally since she was a teenager Foley also holds a PhD in Musicology from York University. She is highly acclaimed in the blues community and has received numerous awards, including four consecutive Blues Music Awards for Traditional Blues Female Artist (2020–2024).
The Fabulous Thunderbirds - 8:30 pm
For over 30 years, The Fabulous Thunderbirds have been the quintessential American band. Co-founder Kim Wilson still spearheads the group as it evolves - always keeping listeners ready for more.The band's ability to fuse diverse musical styles into a cohesive, powerful hybrid, lead by Wilson's vocals and harmonica, keeps them relevant and exciting for fans of genuine, roots-based American music. They are celebrated for their deep impact on blues- rock and their continuous presence in the music world.

Are chairs and coolers allowed?
Bring a chair and stay awhile. Lawn chairs are perfect for enjoying Saturday in Lightnin’ Hopkins Park.
Leave the cooler at home. No outside coolers will be allowed inside Camp Street Blues. Our food and drink vendors will have you covered.

Is parking available?
Absolutely! You can find parking available throughout Historic Downtown Crockett, just a short walk from Camp Street Blues.

What if it rains?
The music plays on, rain or shine. Spring weather in Texas can be unpredictable, so come prepared and dress for the forecast. No matter the weather, we are planning a great weekend of music and community.
